I think you'll agree, his work is pretty freakin' great!

Just so you know, "Gris is an artist and storyteller from Nebraska who is best known for his darkly whimsical children's books". As of this writing Gris has over 22 books that he has written and/or Illustrated to his credit, including,Gris Grimly's Wicked Nursery Rhymes trilogy Wicked Nursery Rhymes II, Wicked Nursery Rhymes III, Little Jordan Ray's Muddy Spud. He has also Illustrated numerous other books including Tales from the Brothers Grimm by the Brothers Grimm,

The Halloween Tree by Ray Bradbury, Guys Read: Terrifying Tales, A Study in Scarlet by Arthur Conan Doyle, Frankenstein by Mary Shelley, The Death of Yorik Mortwell by Stephen Messer, Edgar Allan Poe's Tales of Death and Dementia, and a bunch more.
